Insurer settles case with Baptist Health Baptist Health and an insurer have reached a settlement in Baptist’s appeal of a case in which a U.S. district judge had determined that the hospital system misrepresented the risks of lawsuits from its “economic credentialing” policy, court documents filed Wednesday said.
