Church Hosts Chili Fiesta
The Bella Vista Assembly of God Women’s Ministries’ annual Chili Fiesta will be Friday. Serving times are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The menu is chili, potato soup, salad, desserts and drinks.
Tickets are available at the church office, at the Highland branch of Arvest Bank or at the door. Proceeds will be used to support mission programs.
The church is at 1771 Forest Hills Blvd.
Art Show
To Benefit School ROGERS - “A Very Special Art Show,” an annual fundraiser for the Benton County Sunshine School, is scheduled for Nov. 19 at the Metropolitan National Bank on Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers.
Food will be provided by Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and wine by Liquor Mart. Cost is $20 per person.
Apple Blossom
Hosts Fundraiser ROGERS - Apple Blossom Retirement Community and the American Cancer Society are teaming up in the fight against cancer.
Apple Blossom will host a special event “It’s A Family Affair” from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 14 to help make a difference in the lives of families and friends affected by cancer.
The event kicks off at 11 a.m. that day with a “rocka-thon.” A healthy fare will be served for dinner at 12:30 p.m. Special guest speaker Joel Nutt will share the story of his battle with cancer at 3 p.m. There will be music entertainment, educational opportunities more.
