FOOTBALL Sun Belt stays with bowl The New Orleans Bowl in the Louisiana Superdome signed four-year contract extensions with the Sun Belt Conference and Conference USA that run through the 2013 season. The Sun Belt Conference champion has earned an invitation to the New Orleans Bowl since 2001. Conference USA signed on in 2002. This season’s New Orleans Bowl will be played Dec. 20.
