Underage Party Leads To Arrest

POLICE SEARCH WARRANT LEADS TO MARIJUANA, FIREARMS

— A Washington County man was arrested in connection with multiple felonies Saturday after deputies broke up an underage drinking party.

Officers checking on a report of loud music saw between 80 and 100 juveniles run from a residence at 4752 W. Maywood Road outside Fayetteville at about 10 p.m. Saturday.

William P. Garrison, 46, was arrested in connection with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and endangering the welfare of a minor. A search warrant executed the next morning found marijuana and firearms in the house. Garrison was also held in connection with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the report.
