The rezoning of 115 acres at the southwest corner of West Appleblossom Avenue and North Graham Road owned by MB007 Trust, Marjorie Brooks trustee, from agricultural to warehouse district; of 1.3 acres at 699 E. Robinson Ave., owned by ISC South LLC, from general commercial to large product retail sales; of 0.4 acres at 1403 S. 40th St., owned by Cameron and Kris Honey, from low/medium density single family residential to general commercial for a warehouse/showroom; of 0.5 acres at 612 W. Grove Ave., owned by Grace Marshallese Assembly of God Church, from medium density multifamily residential to institutional for a church.

A large scale development at the northeast corner of 45th and Wagon Wheel Road for a White Oak Station.

A conditional use at 1006 Marylyn by Cassie Stout for a day care center in a medium density multifamily residential zone;

A conditional use at 2231 Lowell Road Suite D-2, by Angels of God Jesus Church, for a church in a general commercial zone.
