Marijuana Discovery Leads To Three Arrests

ROGERS — Benton County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested three men last week after finding 4.5 pounds of marijuana, according to a news release.
The Sheriff ’s Off ice narcotics unit got a tip Thursday about a marijuana-selling operation in north Springdale, according to the release. Following up on the tip, investigators made a traffic stop and found 3 pounds of marijuana.
They arrested Nathan Noon and Michael Adkins in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, Sgt. Travis Newell said. Investigators got a search warrant on Friday for 3142-A TwinCounty Drive in Springdale, which is where the men allegedly bought the marijuana, Newell said.
Noon is of Centerton and Adkins lives in Rogers, according to jail records.
Investigators found a safe with 1.5 pounds of pot, many prescription pills, drug paraphernalia and $3,500 in cash, according to a news release. They arrested John Lee Moss, 34, in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released Sunday from the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond, a jail deputy said.
