Final Saturday Chicken Cook Set

ROGERS — Whitey Smith’s Chicken Crew will hold its last barbecue of the season Saturday.
Proceeds will benefi t Jerry Cousin’s Boy Scout troop.
The cook site is at Second and Locust streets in Rogers. Chicken will be ready for sale about 9:30 a.m.
Smith has spearheaded the chicken cooks in Rogers since the 1950s.
