Accident Injures Woman

— A Texas woman was flown to a hospital Monday after the semitrailer she was riding in overturned, according to an Arkansas State Police report.

Tony Rios Jr., 33, was driving the truck east on Arkansas 12 about 1.3 miles east of Gentry. He lost control shortly before 2 a.m. while making a downhill, lefthand curve, according to the report. The truck overturned and slid o◊the highway.

The driver and three passengers - Tony Rios III, 3; Vivian Rios, 10; and Eric Rios, 12 - were not injured, according to the report.

Cynthia Rios, 31, was flown to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was in fair condition Monday afternoon, a hospital o◊cial said. All those involved are from Hereford, Texas. State police cited the driver, Rios, with careless or prohibited driving, according to the report.
