Andrew M. Chambers Navy Lt. j.g. Andrew M. Chambers, the son of Susan and Charles Chambers of Bella Vista, was recently designated a Naval Aviator while serving with Training Squadron 22 at the Naval Air Station in Kingsville, Texas.
