Flyover frolic

Here’s a new one for the annals of employee reprimands: frolicking. Officially, Capt. Timothy Cheney and First Officer Richard Cole are under investigation for possible violation of several federal regulations, including failing to comply with air traffic control instructions and clearances and operating an aircraft carelessly and recklessly.
