Audio of Lt. Gov. Halter's telephone town hall meeting

LITTLE ROCK Lt. Gov. Bill Halter hosted a town hall meeting via open teleconference Tuesday night to discuss the Arkansas Lottery Law.
The meeting had over 30,000 participants as they listened to an explanation of how the Arkansas Lottery will proceeds are to be used, who might qualify for scholarships and other topics.
