Lottery should be consistent with vote, Beebe says

LITTLE ROCK Gov. Mike Beebe said Wednesday morning that Arkansas lottery games should be consistent with what the voters thought they were voting on when they adopted the constitutional amendment authorizing state lotteries in November.
He says he doesn't remember any discussion about keno.
Keno is a game that lottery director Ernie Passailaigue (pass-a-lay) says he hopes to include, but that he wants input from the governor and others before deciding whether to embark on such an effort.
