Obama announces 16 for Medal of Freedom

President Barack Obama is awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to 16 people, including political ally Sen. Edward Kennedy, tennis legend Billie Jean King and retired Archbishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa.
