Health fair will be Aug. 7

BENTONVILLE Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette will host a health-and-wellness fair from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 7. Tours of the hospital will be held, and free blood pressure checks, blood sugar screenings (fasting required) and simple spirometry and pulse oximetry will be offered to visitors. The hospital will also give out health and nutrition information and information on medical services in the area. There will be door prizes and free food. There will be free pony rides, face painting, child identification kits, a fire-station smokehouse, tours of an ambulance and police cars, McGruff the Crime Dog and more. Call 787-5291.
