Deal set to get health-care bill to House vote

4 Blue Dogs on panel to OK it if floor action waits till fall

Moderate Democrats, led by Arkansas' Rep. Mike Ross, reached a deal Wednesday with congressional leaders and White House officials to let consideration of the stalled health-care bill resume, a move that ensures no final votes will occur until this fall.
