OBITUARIES

Rogers

Danny Dean Clark, 65, of Rogers, Ark., died Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born March 17, 1944, in Monte Ne, Ark., to Charles Richard Clark and Mildred Kirksey Clark.

He served in Desert Storm before retiring from the Arkansas National Guard.

Survivors include a son, Jeremy Clark of the home; three brothers, Don Clark of Little Rock, Ark., C. Max Clark of Springdale, Ark., and Johnny Clark of Rogers; and a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Jo Hood and Von Hood of Eureka Springs, Ark.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 30, at Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, at the Wesley Cemetery in Wesley, Ark.

Terry Handy, 41, of Rogers Ark., died Wednesday, July 22, 2009, in Rogers. He was born July 29, 1967, in Eureka, Calif., to Edward Peter Handy and Reta Sheldon Fitspatrick Handy.

He was a former resident of Eureka, Calif. He marriedJonna Lewis in 1988. He workedas an automotive mechanic and enjoyed working on cars and racecars, building engines and helping people.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Reta Sheldon Handy; a son, Levi Handy; a daughter, Tiffany Handy; and a granddaughter, Reta Ann Marie Handy.

Survivors include his wife, Jonna Handy; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael Handy and Tiffany Handy, and Dalton Handy, all of Rogers, and Todd Murrell Handy of Dinsmore, Calif.; four daughters, Tanya Marie Handy, Alika Handy, Macy Kendra Handy and Jade Della Handy, all of Rogers; his father, Edward Peter Handy of California; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip Holley Handy and Jackie Handy, and Peter Edward Handy and Cheryl Handy, all of California.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers with John Patton.
