Laken awarded scholarship

GENTRY — The Avon Foundation for Women awarded a 2009 scholarship to Adrienne Laken,an independent Avon sales representative from Gentry. Laken is one of 83 representatives to receive the annual scholarship this year. This scholarship award can be used toward enrollment in an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational school.
