Judge named in TNT-county case

— Following a request by Circuit Court Judge David Clinger, the Arkansas Supreme Court has assignedCircuit Court Judge Mike Medlock of the 21st Judicial Circuit West to hear the case of TNT Dirtworks v. Benton County.

TNT Dirtworks filed suit against Benton County onApril 6 for more than $1.5 million for work the company performed cleaning up debris following January's ice storm.

No hearings in the case have been scheduled.
