A musical performance by the Sugar Free All-Stars begins 10 a.m.

and at 6 p.m. July 29. Join us for some musical fun with the Sugar Free All-Stars in the Community Room. All ages welcome.

Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Meals on Wheels Fundraiser

On July 29 Rogers' Applebee's will donate 15 per cent of lunch and dinner proceeds received to Meals on Wheels of Rogers.

Relay For Life concert

A concert fundraiser benefiting the Rogers Relay For Life will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 1 at 114 W.

Walnut St., Rogers. Two bands will be featured: MLC, a classic rock band, with Andy Goodson and Pat Hall; and the rock band No Name Kicker.

A donation of $5 is suggested, but any amount will be accepted.

The Rogers Relay for Life, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, will be held at the Rogers Activity Center on Aug.

14. The concert organizers, "Partners for Hope," is one of 18 teams raising money as part of the Relay.

Hobbs guided trail tours

Guided tours of the 1-1/2 mile Shaddox Hollow Nature Trail, and the halfmile ADA Historic Van Winkle Trail at Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area Guided Trail tour dates are Aug. 1, 2.

The Hobbs interpretive staff and volunteer docents encourage the public to hike the trails with them. Shaddox Hollow Trail head is located one mile north of the intersection of Arkansas Highways 12 and 303.

The Historic Van Winkle Trail head is located on Highway 12, 11.5 miles east of the railroad tracks in Rogers.

Shaddox Hollow tours will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Historic Van Winkle Trail tours begin at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Magic show

The Rogers Noon Lion's Club is bringing a magic show to White Hall Auditorium on the NWACC campus at 7 p.m. Aug. 7.

Tickets to the "Master of Illusion" will be $8 for adults and $5 for children and can be purchased from any Lion's Club member or call 273-3443.

Frisco Festival

The Frisco Festival, to be held Aug. 28-29, is located in Rogers Historic District. Area businesses sponsor the biggest party in town including free rides and amusements.
