Council to appoint alderman

SELIGMAN, Mo. — SELIGMAN, Mo. - Appointment of an alderman for the East Ward is expected at a special Board of Aldermen meeting set for 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, at City Hall.
Agenda items include the appointment and 2009 budget revisions.
An executive session is anticipated, according to the notice published by city officials.
