Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Jeremiah Cernat, 22, of 300 Glade in Hot Springs, was arrested Tuesday in connection with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of misdemeanor contempt and one count of failure to appear. Cernat was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $22,175 bond.

Billy Jack Holland Jr., 27, of 1200 S. Cherry in Adair, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battering. Holland was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Brian Richard Jones, 35, of 2671 Alton Ave., in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of property. Jones was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Daniel Robin McClanahan, 28, of 287 E. 12th St. in Fayetteville, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony nonsupport. McClanahan was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Ronald Joseph Mean, 44, of 14180 E. Arkansas 72 in Garfield, was arrested Tuesday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance and unauthorized use of property of facilitate a crime. Mean was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Melanie Lynn Oppenheimer, 21, of 1008 Birch in Wellston, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear, first-degree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property. Oppenheimer was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Timothy Lee Richardson, 43, of 9728 Macnelly Road in Bentonville, was arrested Tuesday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and one count of possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Mark Rodriguez, 25, of Route 1, Box 1325 in Bunch, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony theft by receiving and two counts of felony failure to appear. Rodriguez was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Juan Vega Jr., 26, of 309 E. Lilac in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Vega was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tony Dewayne Burkholder, 22, of 120 E. Adobe St., in Fayetteville, was arrested Wednesday in connection with breaking or entering, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and misdemeanor theft of property. Burkholder was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jaema Cae Ford, 30, of 2412 W. Gum St., in Rogers, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear, compounding, five counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt. Ford was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $22,635 bond.

Emilio Aguilara Guerrero Jr., 28, of 601 E. Magnolia St., in Rogers, was arrested Wednesday in connection with second-degree battery. Guerrero was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Brady Michael Smith, 26, listed as homeless, was arrested Wednesday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. Smith was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Marsha Ann Michalski, 35, of 707 N. 4th St. in Rogers, was arrested Wednesday in connection with three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to appear. Michalski was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $535 bond for failure to appear and no bond set on the felony counts.

Brian Ohagan, 48, of 908 Marcus St. in Bentonville, was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Ohagan was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Heath Aron McDaniel, 29, of 311 Raider Drive in Rogers, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear. McDaniel was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Stanley Eugene Hull, 34, of 1720 Bitter Lane in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Hull was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

Brian James Dewberry, 36, of 1201 Wilshar Drive in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with parole violation and two counts of misdemeanor contempt and one count of failure to appear. Dewberry was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $300 bond for the contempt counts and without bond for parole violation.

Ashley Nicole Huddleston, 21, of 3482 Herpel Road in Mountain View, was arrested Tuesday in connection with second-degree forgery and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Huddleston was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jonathon Samuel Biswell, 18, of 167 Old Highway 68, was arrested Wednesday in connection with breaking or entering and misdemeanor second-degree criminal mischief. Biswell was being held in the Benton County Jail Wednesday with no bond set.

Valentin Gonzalez-Mata, 36, of Brownsville, Texas, was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Gonzalez-Mata was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tracie Polland, 8727 E. Plentywood Road, reported Tuesday that some jewelry had been stolen from her residence. The last time Polland saw the jewelry was on Thanksgiving, Polland told deputies.

Mark Hyatt, who works at 279 Auto Sales, 11378 N. Arkansas 279, reported Tuesday the theft of a vehicle overnight.

Larry Cook, 16638 Logan Cave Road, reported Tuesday the theft of a shotgun and money.

Bentonville

Bobbie Moye, 406 S. Walton Boulevard, reported Tuesday the breaking and entering of a vehicle at Walmart Supercenter.

Brad Clement of Hobby Town, 1200 S.E. 14th St., reported Tuesday a theft at the business.

A caller from 324 S. Main reported Tuesday that Avon products and an unknown amount of money were stolen from her at Bentonville Manor.

Cody Brown, 501 S.E. Third St., reported Tuesday that four juveniles, two boys and two girls, broke into his vehicle.

Amy Ovando, 812 S.E. Hummingbird Lane, reported the theft of a package containing a bracelet. The package was delivered to another building, but was empty when Ovando found it, according to police.

Anitra Kidder, 1121 N. 11th St., reported Tuesday that someone is writing hot checks on an account that is closed.

Vernon Ford, 3002 W. Hemlock St., reported Tuesday that his garage door had been kicked in, but entry was not made into the house.

Jerrod Robertson, 903 N. 47th St., reported Tuesday that his camera was stolen.

Hubert Callahan, 1005 N. 2nd St., reported Tuesday that someone had attempted to break into his residence.

Dave Turner of St. Vincents, 1416, W. Poplar St., reported he was sent several money orders totaling $3,000 and found out they were fake.
