Ida Bell Barker

MORROW -- Ida Bell Barker, 79, died Dec. 27, 2009, at Fayetteville City Hospital in Fayetteville. She was born Dec. 5, 1930, in Cadiz, Ohio, to John and Eleanor Dodds Campbell.

Survivors include her husband, J.D. Barker; five children, Jenevieve Barker of Tulsa, Okla., Jeffery Barker of Fayetteville, and Janet McConnell, James Barker and Jay Barker, all of Morrow; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. today at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery near Morrow.

Patrick Thomas Litterell

FAYETTEVILLE -- Patrick Thomas Litterell, 12, of Fayetteville died Dec. 23, 2009, at Brownwood Life Care Center in Fort Smith. He was born July 9, 1997, in Fayetteville to Todd Gerald and Maureen Louise Day Litterell.

Survivors include his father, Todd Gerald Litterell of Farmington; mother and stepfather, Maureen Day-Autry and Johnny C. Autry of Springdale; a brother, Daniel Martin Litterell of Farmington; paternal grandfather and stepgrandmother, Martin Vanburn Jr. and Loretta Litterell of Hindsville; paternal grandmother, Theresa Mae Boles of Bella Vista; maternal grandparents, Thomas William Day Jr. and Mary Margaret Day of Huntsville; paternal great-grandfather, Ed Holbrook of Yuma, Ariz.; paternal great-grandmother, Beulah Litterell of Huntsville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville.

Private burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery.

Lillian Agnes Groharing

FAYETTEVILLE -- Mrs. Lillian Agnes Groharing, 94, of Fayetteville passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2009, in Springdale. She was born Nov. 21, 1915, in Fayetteville to Charles David Tuck and Mary Lucinda (Hutchinson) Tuck. She was a retired office manager for Bulwin Manufacturing and a Baptist.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary L. Jean of Fayetteville, Sue Ridder of Quincy, Ill., and Alice Stefferud of Racine, Wis.; two stepdaughters, Ramona Wright of Carson City, Nev., and Dorothy Cast of Washington; a brother, Ike Tuck of Rogers; two sisters-in-law, Eileen and Deloris Tuck, both of Fayetteville; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Baggett officiating. Visitation was held one hour prior to service up until service time. Burial was in Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, Calif.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fayetteville City Hospital, Activities Fund or Circle of Life Hospice.

Ellen Crawford Tiffee

,POTEAU, Okla. -- Ellen Crawford Tiffee, 87, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, in Springdale.

She was born June 4, 1922, in Monroe, Okla. She was a secretary at LeFlore County Farm Bureau.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today, Dec. 29, at Friendship Baptist Fellowship in Rock Island, Okla., with the Rev. Rick Hedrick and the Rev. Garry Haskins officiating. Internment will be in Springhill Cemetery in Monroe, Okla.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Harlan Jr. and Lucille Tiffee of Fayetteville; two grandsons and their wives, Kelly and Pam Tiffee of Fort Smith and Kevin and Hillaree Tiffee of Fort Smith; five great-granddaughters, Chanley, Kaylee, Andee, Ellie and Toree; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.

Ellen was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Fellowship in Rock Island, Okla. She married Harlan Tiffee Sr. on March 1, 1944. Ellen's husband of 65 years, Harlan Tiffee Sr. and her parents, Hubert B. and Elva Lou (Lowrance) Crawford, preceded her in death.

,Pallbearers will be Truman Hill, Brad Hill, Charles Johnson, Bob McGough, Rex Ragon and Kenneth Self.

Garland Eugene Macy

NOEL, Mo. -- Garland Eugene Macy, 85, died Dec. 25, 2009, at Freeman Hospital in Neosho, Mo. He was born Oct. 19, 1924, in Newton County, Mo., to Charles E. and Hazel Nutt Macy.

He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was a real estate broker in Noel.

Survivors include a son, Rocky Macy of Litchfield Park, Ariz.; a daughter, Gail Macy of Fayetteville; a sister; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Ozark Funeral Home in Noel.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Noel Cemetery.
