FAYETTEVILLE

Memorial service for Margaret Elaine McGinnis, 54, of Fayetteville, who died Dec. 21, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville. She was born May 14, 1955, in Springdale to Burl Eugene and Audrey Mae Crumley McGinnis. Survivors include a brother, Stephen Eugene McGinnis of Bryan, Texas. SPRINGDALE

No service is planned for Jerry Wayne Bailey, 70, of Springdale, who died Sunday. He was born Feb. 2, 1939, in Fayetteville to Lloyd William and Irene Elizabeth (Starr) Bayley. Survivors include his wife, Evadne Bailey; children Steve Bailey and JoAnn Mallard, both of Springdale; brothers Lloyd Bayley and Leonard Bayley; and three grandchildren. SILOAM SPRINGS

Service for Tiny Odell Morrison, 102, of Siloam Springs, who died Friday, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wasson Funeral Home. She was born Dec. 31, 1906, in Hico, La., to Lonnie and Nettie (Reynolds) Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.A. “Doc” Morrison, five sisters and six brothers. FAYETTEVILLE

Ellen Tiffee, 87, of Poteau, Okla., (recentlyof Fayetteville, Ark.) passed away, Thursday, Dec. 24, 2009, in Springdale, Ark. The daughter of Hubert B. and Elva Crawford was born June 4, 1922, near Monroe, Okla.

She was a secretary for LeFlore County Farm Bureau Insurance for many years. She was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Fellowship in Rock Island. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 65 years Harlan Tiffee. She is survived by one son, Harlan Jr. and wife Lucille of Fayetteville, Ark.; two grandsons, Kelly and wife Pam, and Kevin and wife Hillaree, all of Fort Smith, Ark.; and five precious great-granddaughters, Chanley, Kaylee, Andee, Ellie and Toree.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Friendship Baptist Fellowship in Rock Island, Okla. Burial will be at Springhill Cemetery near Monroe, Okla., under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, Okla.

Mrs. Inez Selby, 83, of Fayetteville, Ark .,passed away Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, in Springdale, Ark. She was born Nov. 28, 1926, in London, Ark., to Charles Turner and Jenny (Lamb) Turner.

She was a homemaker anda member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Farmington.

Mrs. Selby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, sister and friend.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Caswell, Ruby Young; two brothers, Nolan and Marvin Turner; and a grandson, Wayne Selby.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Vincent “Jim” Selby; two sons, Ken Selby and wife Jeanne of Rogers, Ark., Jerry Selby and wife Cindy of Fort Smith, Ark.; two daughters, Janet Linebaugh and husband Scott of Springdale, Ark., Denise Rapier and husband Mickey of Rogers, Ark; three sisters, Etta Brown and Floy Clubb of Knoxville, Ark., Charlene Meechem of Ely, Nev.; 18 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Rapier officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark.
