Sheriff’s Office

Charles Ray Cunningham, 31, of 355 Austin Ave. in Decatur was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and misdemeanor driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked and expired vehicle license. Cunningham was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Chris Carlton Seasword, 42, of 14088 Wolf Drive in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony fourth offense driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, fictitious tag and no proof of insurance.

Bentonville

Christopher Michael Fisher, 29, of 475 Austin Ave. in Decatur was arrested Tuesday in connection with parole violation. Fisher was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joshua Shannon Fox, 19, of 8 Holt Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Wednesday in connection with first-degree forgery. Fox was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Jamael Dennis, 18, of 1879 Fieldstone Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with residential burglary and theft of property. He remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Rogers

Chris Wellhousen, 55, of 2860 Wellington Circle was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony filing a false report of criminal wrongdoing. Wellhousen was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Springdale

Gabriel Velez, 22, 605-A S. Cleveland, Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony violation of probation, misdemeanor criminal trespass, flight from an officer, public intoxication and carrying a prohibited weapon. Velez allegedly ran when a police car drove by. Velez remained in the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday on a violation of probation.

Ricky Dale Meek, 48, 6036 Dearing Road, Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, careless driving and no insurance. Meek remained in the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Jaren Bishop, 22, of 3842 Rochester St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with drug possession. He remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Francisco Cervantes, 20, of 1571 Ione St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property. He remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Mark Waller, 46, of 16717 Summer Rain Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to pay child support. He was released on $2,500 bond

Accident

Two people were injured Tuesday when a four-wheeler overturned near South Road and Battlefield Road. One person was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment by the Benton County Volunteer Ambulance Service.

Trey Wilmoth reported Tuesday that he had arrived at a work site on Old Arkansas 59, one-half mile south of Sleepy Hollow, to find someone had stolen the back tires off his backhoe.

Marvin Davie, 15206 Wann Road, reported Tuesday someone stole his mailbox.

Tijan Kanteh, 2701 S.W. 16th St., reported Tuesday a case of identity theft in Texas.

Justin Davis, 1004 S. 19th St., reported Wednesday that the doors to all the cars at the house were open, but he could find nothing missing.

Ramon Ramos, 2200 W. Pleasant Grove Road, reported Tuesday that a woman stole a bag out of his vehicle while it was at the Arvest Bank. Items in the bag included a camera, a laptop computer and some morphine.

Leticia Gonzales, 508 Dixieland Road, reported Tuesday someone broke into her residence and stole some items.

Robert Brouhard, 4408 W. Walnut St., reported Tuesday someone broke the door out of the video game store in the Kingston Center.

Tara O'Harra, 5900 Stoney Brook Road, reported Tuesday someone broke into her house.

Danny Cannon, 100 N. Dixieland Road, reported Tuesday the theft of some lease/rental property from Rent-A-Center.

Janira Rios, 400 S. Eighth St., reported Tuesday that the vent hood was stolen off the roof at Los Bos Rios.

Stacey Kerwatch, 101 Woodale Lane, reported Tuesday that $300 and an American Express business card were taken from the house along with a key to a deadbolt.

Barbara Pelton, 711 Woodland Drive, reported Tuesday that an Xbox had been stolen.

Maria Buttrom reported Wednesday a breaking or entering at 4431 Spanish Bay.

Marcus Gafford reported Tuesday a burglary at 1402 Shipley.
