Sheriff’s Office

John Wayne Bridgewater, 29, of 13530 Andy Jack Road in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault, breaking or entering and theft of property and two counts of misdemeanor contempt and one count of criminal trespass. Bridgewater was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Edwin Constantino Rodriguez, 23, of 12456 Fairmont Road in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree sexual assault. Rodriguez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

David Guia Loyola, 25, of 3604 Landau Court in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of felony drug violations. Loyola was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Elkins

Nicholas Blair, 23, of 229B Carrigan Road in Elkins was arrested Tuesday in connection with first-degree criminal mischief, terroristic threatening and public intoxication. He remained jailed Tuesday in lieu of $4,745 bond.

Rogers

Troy Clifford Wilkerson, 47, of 5700 S. Vaughn Road in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor contempt. Wilkerson was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with a $1,320 bond on the contempt count and with no bond set for the delivery count.

Siloam Springs

Robbie Lee Workman, 36, of 10075 Woodland Drive in Lincoln was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Workman was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Edward Williams, 47, of 4515 Falcon Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of firearms by certain persons. He remained jailed Tuesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Jeremy Scott, 25, of 1600 Azela Circle Apt. B in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property. He remained jailed Tuesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Circuit Court

Washington County

Mitchell Kelly Lovejoy, 21, pleaded guilty to third-degree domestic battery. Lovejoy was sentenced to six years probation, 120 days in jail with credit for 61 days served, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete domestic abuse counseling and have no contact with the victim.

Frederick Orvel Jackson, 43, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with seven years suspended. He was given credit for 69 days jail time served.

Tonya Sue Gloe, 33, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a gun. Gloe was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with three years suspended. She was given credit for 53 days jail time served.

Kerry Joseph Knighten, 21, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, theft of property and breaking or entering. Knighten was sentenced to 20 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 10 years suspended. He was given credit for 118 days jail time served.

Zachary Curtis Daniel, 27, pleaded guilty to theft by receiving. Daniel was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with seven years suspended.

Christopher Lee McAbee, 20, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle and terroristic threatening. McAbee was sentenced to one year probation and fined $1,000. He was given credit for 99 days jail time served.

Janna M. Paldino, 33, pleaded guilty to non-support. Paldino was sentenced to five years probation, fined $1,000, ordered to pay $6,025 in back child support and stay current with payments.

Jacqueline A. Elam, 26, pleaded guilty to fraudulently using a credit card, two counts. Elam was sentenced to three years probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $487 victim restitution.

Shauraye Trasean Jackson, 21, pleaded guilty to violating terms of probation for an endangering the welfare of a minor conviction. Jackson was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with three years suspended. She was given credit for 10 days jail time served.

Richard Donald Durrett, 51, pleaded guilty to theft of property, two counts. Durrett was sentenced to 20 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was given credit for 71 days jail time served.

Manuel Angel Ramirez, 50, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Ramirez was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, 345 days suspended, 20 days public service, fined $1,000 and ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Alejandro Meza, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a prohibited weapon. Meza was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,000.

Honorio Gutierrez, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree domestic battery and failure to appear. Gutierrez was sentenced to five years probation, 137 days in jail with credit for time served and fined $1,000.

Salvadore Ochoa Vargis, 37, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering, theft of property and driving while intoxicated. Vargis was sentenced to three years probation, 10 days in jail, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $300 court costs.

Todd Allen Harris, 24, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering and theft of property. Harris was sentenced to five years probation.

Heather Gayle Burkle, 21, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering and theft of property. Burkle was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,000.

Gary Wayne Hellyer, 39, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Hellyer was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $518 victim restitution.

Rodney Shane Shepherd, 42, pleaded guilty to non-support. Shepherd was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $10,500 back child support and remain current on payments.

Randall L. Vaughn, 47, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and theft by receiving. Vaughn was sentenced to 15 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with nine years suspended.

Donna Hunley, 818 Carson, reported Tuesday her vehicle was broken into and a package of corn nuts and a package or Marlboros taken.

Ashley Tate, 415 N.W. Seventh St., reported Tuesday her vehicle and three others in the area had been broken into.

Kevin Harper, 1 Edgewater Lane, reported Monday the fraudulent use of his debit card by computer.

Rachel Ham, 705 Glasgow Lane, reported Monday the fraudulent use of a debit card online.

Russel Geiger reported Monday that both the front and back doors at 2407 Turner had been broken and items taken.

Rogers

Leticia Gonzales, 508 N. Dixieland Road, told police Tuesday that someone broke in and stole some items.

Robert Brouhard, 4408 W. Walnut St., reported Tuesday that a door was broken out of a video game store in Kingston Center.
