The Dickson Street post office in Fayetteville will close at noon Thursday, but other U.S. Postal Service locations in Fayetteville and Springdale will continue their normal hours of operation.
The post office on Joyce Boulevard will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday. Springdale’s main office at 2811 Springdale Ave. will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. while’s Springdale’s Holcomb Street station will close at 4:30 p.m.
The Dickson Street office opens at 8:30 a.m. Thursday and closes at noon. Mail deposited in the boxes outside the Dickson Street site will also be collected for the final time at noon.
All other postal boxes around the cities will be collected on their normal schedules.
All offices of the postal service will be closed Christmas Day, but will reopen for normal hours on Saturday.
