U.S. win, China loss affirmed at WTO

China is illegally restricting imports of U.S. music, films and books, the World Trade Organization’s top arbitrators said Monday in upholding a ruling, and Washington pushed forward with a new case that accuses China of manipulating the prices for key ingredients in steel and aluminum production.
