The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission last week issued 22 drilling permits, 26 well completions and two well recompletions. By county, they were: DRILLING PERMITS CLEBURNE — SEECO Inc. of Fayetteville for Pickren 10-09 1-28 H to 3,500 ft. TVD and 9,500 ft. MD in Fayetteville Form. of B-43 Fld. Loc. SHL: 318 FNL & 1,564 FEL and PBHL: 460 FSL & 660 FEL of Sec. 28-10 N-9 W. Contractor: Pense; work begins Jan. 29.
