LETTERS Energy legislation essential

Domestic climate change legislation is critically needed and it is equally critical that it include protection for consumers. Congress has been active for months crafting policy solutions to this urgent problem. I recognize that both climate change and any steps we take to address it will have a disproportionate impact on the populations we care about.
