State’s jobless rate dips to 7.4%

Arkansas U.S. jobless rates

A lessening of layoffs and the addition of seasonal jobs helped to push the Arkansas unemployment rate down two-tenths of a percentage point to 7.4 percent in November compared with October, labor officials said Friday.
