Firm requests $400,000 to ax limits on land

Teacher pension director advises $125,000 instead

Deltic Timber Corp. wants the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System to pay the company $400,000 to lift restrictions on some west Little Rock property, a transaction that would permit the system to sell the property, system trustees learned Friday.
