Fort Smith attorney complies with court order

Fort Smith attorney Eddie Christian Jr. has complied with a court order directing him to ask 39 people to return e-mails obtained during a 2007 lawsuit sparked by communication with a former University of Arkansas quarterback, but no e-mails have been produced.
