Bullard Sentenced To Life In Prison

Joel Bullard is led from the Benton County Courthouse Annex on Thursday after a jury found him guilty of first degree murder. Bullard, who represented himself during the trial, was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his half brother, Darrell Bullard.

From this story, it is certainly not difficult to see that the City of Bella Vista is frugal and the Property Owners Association is anything but! POA needs to go.
