LIBERTY BOWL: ARKANSAS VS. EAST CAROLINA McGee’s move pays off at UA

Garrick McGee’s relationship with Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino, which began in 1992 at Arizona State, culminated this week when he was named the Razorbacks’ offensive coordinator.

Garrick McGee knew he was taking a calculated gamble when he left his offensive coordinator’s job at Northwestern to reunite with Bobby Petrino as quarterbacks coach at Arkansas in December 2007.
