County modifies canine program

It’s hard to believe any person or family would want to keep 10 dogs as pets. That’s 10 whole mouths to feed, along with all those shots and as many surgeries to prevent 10 canines from becoming 20 or 30 or 140. Why, the lawn maintenance alone could be daunting.
