Lottery to sell its cheapest tickets

Chief predicts 1st-year sales of $44 million for 3-digit game

Arkansas’ lottery today will begin selling its cheapest tickets yet at a price within reach of even the very poor. Those will be for its latest game, called Cash 3. Tickets will cost either 50 cents each or $1 each.
