ELF HOUSE ALLOWS CHILDREN TO BUY INEXPENSIVE GIFTS FOR THEIR PARENTS

WintertFest featured stage performances, horse and carriage rides and vendors selling a variety of holiday goods on the downtown streets.
Bundled up with blankets, coats, mittens and hats, nine vendors opened up their outdoor booths on Elm Street in Rogers on Saturday for the city’s first WinterFest celebration.
