Life is a bargain

Saved any lives lately? It looks like Arkansas’ highway department has. On Highway 7, just about the most scenic road in the state. But all those picturesque twists and turns through the hills can also be dangerous, even deadly. The narrow road, which winds 74 miles up from Dover to Harrison, saw 11 fatal crashes between 2001 and 2004.
