27 years of worry now over for family

Ruth Budd (left) consoles grandson Orlando Green following Saturday’s memorial service for Green’s sister, Carmeletta, at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock. Green’s sister, and Budd’s granddaughter, disappeared in 1982 at age 12.
When Jackie Brown walked into the small church on Little Rock’s Cross Street on Saturday morning, her oldest daughter was finally with her again after 27 years.
