Gentry Yields State’s Farm Family

Bill and Delia Haak speak to friends, family and local officials May 12 at their home in Gentry as they accept the award for Benton County Farm Family of the Year. The Haaks were selected Friday as Arkansas Farm Family of the Year.
Farming and hard work just come naturally for Bill and Delia Haak who have made their home near Gentry for the past 30 years. The eighth-generation farmers were named Arkansas’ Farm Family of the Year at an awards luncheon in Little Rock on Friday.
