Pilgrim’s Pride deal in its final leg

A federal bankruptcy court judge filed the confirmation order accepting Pilgrim’s Pride Corp.’s reorganization plan Thursday, clearing the way for the company to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy by the end of the month.
