Gov. Mike Beebe on Tuesday announced these 27 appointments : To the Medical Ionizing Radiation Licensure Committee for terms expiring July 14, 2012: Lawrence Berkley, Little Rock, replacing Paul Dickson ; Dr. Maurice Traylor, Marion, replacing Dr. Guy Tucker; Dr. Scott Harter, Little Rock, replacing Rudy Van Hemert.
