Capitol display denied again, atheists file suit

A group of atheists backed by the ACLU sued Secretary of State Charlie Daniels in federal court Thursday, claiming that his refusal to allow a winter solstice display on the state Capitol grounds alongside a manger scene is unconstitutional.
