Monday is family night for Mormon household

As it is for many Christians, Sunday is a special day for the Gauldin family of Prairie Grove. It’s the Sabbath, a day of worship and rest from worldly concerns. But Monday night also has particular importance for the Gauldins and their fellow Mormons around the world.
