Lincoln, Pryor tout health-care proposal

One day after a group of 10 Democratic senators — including Arkansas’ Sens. Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor — wrapped up negotiations, their new approach for expanding health care was greeted with cautious optimism from differing sides in the debate.
