The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s weekly waterfowl report:. NORTHEAST ARKANSAS DAVE DONALDSON BLACK RIVER WMA Waterfowl hunters should be aware of hangers and submerged logs within the boat runs and GTRs. Exercise caution when accessing the area.
