PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: Lincoln Cuts Her Own Rope

In your editorial on Sunday (Nov. 29) you state the Democratic Party is cutting the tightrope Senator Blanche Lincoln has to walk. No, the party is not cutting Senator Lincoln’s rope. She is cutting her own rope. She has voted with Republicans so often I’ve begun calling her a closet Republican with a Democratic Party front. One example is her opposition to the public option that is very much needed her in Arkansas.
