It didn’t take an overtime period, but Rogers Heritage and Springdale George again went down to the wire Monday night.

In the end, however, George managed to come out on top with the 42-34 victory.

Led by a two big 3-pointers and smothering defensive pressure, the Wranglers (5-3, 2-2 NWA Conference) raced out to a 13-5 lead.

Rogers Heritage (6-2, 1-1) then cut George’s lead to three points at the end of the first quarter, but failed to score in the second because of too many turnovers and missed shots.
