COMMENTARY: Crews stood tall, doing things his way

Once while reminiscing about his football career, Quintus Crews said, “You know, I’m like a guy with three alma maters. I’m three times as lucky as most people.” Playing for Southern Arkansas and Arkansas-Monticello, and coaching for lifelong friend Buddy Benson at Ouachita Baptist, he shared in Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference championships at all three schools.
