Contract Review A Good Idea

What can we say about the Fayetteville Advertising Promotion Commission’s decision to regularly review contracts? We have settled on “Thanks.” The commission plans to review all of its contracts in January. It intends to draft a policy that will require contracts above some set amount be let out for bids periodically.
